How long do I have to take the vacation?
Eighteen (18) months . We request that you send your reservation forms 60 days before your scheduled travel date and we do the rest. If you wish to request a travel date less than 60 days, we are happy to honor that request based on availability. Please call our Reservation Department at 1-844-313-4816 now for availability information and early bookings.
Any age restrictions for travel?
Reservation owner must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
How many people does my vacation accommodate?
Your vacation is based on double occupancy, however most South Florida hotels accommodates up to 4 people in the same room at no additional cost and you can purchase additional rooms and cabins at a highly discounted rate.
What are the costs for additional passengers on the 2 night cruise?
Your 3rd and 4th traveler in the same cabin is $189 per person. * This rate is subject to change without notice. Children under 18 without an adult in cabin will be denied boarding.
Please note Children must be a minimum of 6 months old at time of cruise. Children under 6 months old will not be permitted to board cruise. Additional travelers must be added and fees paid at the time of confirming travel dates. Based on availability you may not be able to add additional guest at a later date.

What are the costs for additional travelers?

Your 3rd and 4th traveler in the same hotel room at non inclusive hotels will be $25 for age 13-17 and $50 for all travelers 18 and older, children 12 and under are free while staying on the island.

Gratuities on the 2 night cruise are $13.95 per person per night.
Where does the ship depart from?
The ship departs from Port of Palm Beach in West Palm Beach, Florida.
What appliances may I use on the cruise?
The Grand Celebration is equipped with North American standard, 110 volts AC, which will accommodate most items including your cell phone and computer chargers, hair dryers, curling irons etc.
What is the itinerary for the Grand Celebration 2 night cruise?
On the 2 night cruise the ship will depart every other day (check sailing schedule on the cruise page for exact sail dates) from Port of Palm Beach at approximately 5pm. Boarding begins at 1pm. The ship will arrive in the Bahamas the following morning at approximately 8am, and depart the Bahamas the same day at 6pm. You will arrive back in South Florida at approximately 8am the following morning.
Can I travel if I am pregnant?
You may cruise up to 23 weeks of your pregnancy, however you will need a letter for your doctor stating your due date and that you are “fit to travel”. After 23 weeks into pregnancy you will not be allowed to board the cruise.
Can I get Kosher meals aboard the cruise?
Kosher meals can be provided on the cruise for $35 per day per person. Please advise travel coordinator of your request when confirming your travel date.
What is the itinerary for the Bahamas Island “Stay and Play” reservations?
The cruise ship will depart from Port of Palm Beach at approximately 5pm. Boarding begins at 1pm. The ship will arrive in the Bahamas the following morning at approximately 8am. You will need to collect your passport and debark at 9am. You will then check in at your hotel at 3pm for 2, 4, or 6 nights hotel stay (depending on your reservation). Between leaving the ship and check in at your Bahamas Island hotel, you may store your luggage at your hotel and use all the properties facilities. On your hotel check out day beginning at 11 am you may return to the Port and board our ship for your voyage back to South Florida. You will arrive in South Florida at approximately 8 am the following morning.
How much is it to park at the Port of Palm Beach?
The cost to park at Port of Palm Beach is $20.00 a day. This is valet parking. Please drive your car to the terminal’s main entrance. *This fee is subject to change without notice.
Requirements for Service Animals?
If you are traveling with a Service Animal it is your responsibility to get all permits for the animal to board the cruise and to enter the Bahamas. Your animal will not be allowed to board the cruise ship without all required permits. Hotels in the Bahamas are outside of the United States and do not adhere to the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you are staying at a hotel on the island with a service animal there is a $75.00 fee.
What is the best time of year to travel?
Florida and the Bahamas typically feature temperatures in the 70’s and 80’s year around. So any time is a good time to travel here.
Can I change my travel date?
Yes. Travel dates can be changed by contacting the Customer Care Department toll free at 1-844-313-4816 Us and Canada .
What is the travel time between Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando Florida?
You can drive from Ft. Lauderdale to Orlando in approximately 3 hours, depending on traffic and weather conditions.
Is airfare included in the vacation?
No. Your transportation to and from Florida and all other bonus destinations in your vacation package is your responsibility.
How long is the cruise to the Bahamas?
You will spend 2 nights aboard our beautiful cruise ship, the Grand Celebration.
Are meals included?
Yes. Your meals are included on the cruise. Meals on land may be your responsibility depending on your reservation itinerary. You can check what is included in your reservation itinerary on the Home page.
What are the accommodations on the cruise ship?
Accommodations on the cruise ship are cozy staterooms featuring a private bath and two (2) single beds, one (1) double bed or two (2) singles with two (2) upper single beds. Your stateroom will have sleeping facilities for two, however some staterooms are available for up to four people.
What is the cost to upgrade from an inside stateroom to an outside stateroom?
The cost is minimal but varies depending on your date of travel. Please ask your reservation agent for exact cost when you confirm your specific date of travel.
What kind of identification do I need to enter the Bahamas?
Royal Seas Cruises strongly recommends that all of our guests travel with a valid Passport (valid for at least six months beyond completion of travel). Having a Passport will enable our guests to clear Customs and Immigration without delay. Although a passport is not currently required for U.S. citizens taking cruises to the Bahamas that both originate and terminate at the same U.S. port, these regulations are subject to change and therefore we strongly recommend that our travelers without passports apply now so they have proper identification in the likely event passports become mandatory.
Because every travelers requirements to cruises varies based on their Country of Origin as well as their status while in the US this information is to be used as a reference only. Every person is responsible to have the documents they will require to leave and re-enter the US. Failure to bring proper documentation may result in denied cruise boarding cruise. Royal Seas Cruises
will consider any non boarding for lack of proper documentation as a full forfeiture of the cruise and any Island hotel stay associated with the cruise.
Homeland Security only accepts Puerto Rican birth certificates issued on or after July 1, 2010 as primary evidence of U.S. citizenship.
Current regulations state as of June 1, 2009, U.S. citizens embarking on a cruise that both originates and terminates at the same U.S. port are not required to have a passport. These travelers are only required to provide proof of citizenship such as a certified birth certificate with a raised seal, a certificate of naturalization, a passport card, an enhanced driver’s license (EDL); as well as a government-issued photo ID. Homeland Security will not accept copies of birth certificate or hospital issued certificate.
Please check your states Bureau of Vital Statistics to obtain a certified birth certificate with a raised seal as required by Homeland Security to board cruise.
Children (under 16 years of age) are required to have a certified birth certificate with a raised seal, passport, or passport card.
Children (16 and over) are required to have a certified birth certificate with a raised seal, passport, or passport card and a government issued Photo ID.
ALL guests need proper proof of citizenship in order to travel and failure to present a valid document at check in will result in denied boarding and no refund will be issued.
U.S. Citizens who are members of the U.S. Armed Forces (Active Duty or Reserves) are required to have a birth certificate with raised seal or valid passport along with government issued photo ID to board our cruise ship. Homeland Security will not accept Military ID alone for non official travel.
IMPORTANT: U.S. citizens (16 years and older) who disembark the ship for an extended hotel stay in the Bahamas and return at a later date, are required to have valid passports. Children 15 and under will be required to bring proof of citizenship, but are not required to have a passport. U.S. Alien Residents need a valid Alien Resident Card, Non-U.S. citizens need a valid passport and a valid, unexpired U.S. Multiple Re-entry Visa, if applicable.

May I use traveler’s checks on board the cruise ship?
Yes. Traveler’s checks may be used onboard at the purser’s desk. All purchases onboard the cruise (except the Casino) are placed on your onboard Celebration Pass account. Using your credit card is the easiest way to open your Celebration Pass onboard account prior to boarding the cruise ship. It is recommended that $100 per traveler be available on the credit card used for onboard account.
Where will I be staying on the Las Vegas Bonus Getaway?
Hotel accommodations are based on availability at the time of travel. Hotels such as the Golden Nugget and the Excalibur Hotel are just a couple of the hotels where you may stay. These hotels are located on or near the Las Vegas strip. If these hotels are not available, you will be booked at another hotel of equal or greater quality.
When and where do I take the discount vacation membership presentation?
Your discount vacation membership presentation will be on the second day of your vacation, and will take part of a morning or afternoon at an off-site resort in either Ft. Lauderdale or Orlando, depending on where your vacation starts. Please keep in mind that there are many different packages, and resort tours will vary by package. Please refer back to your specific Reservation terms. Information on the discount vacation membership will be included in your itinerary.
